We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all labels intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at info@paradisegold.com to begin your return. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping label once your request is approved.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@paradisegold.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as opened or used food products, cannot be returned for safety reasons. If you have a concern about quality or freshness, please reach out—we’ll review every case individually to ensure your satisfaction.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
