Common questions
Where is my order?
Every jar is filled and packed by hand after your order comes in, so give us a little time. You will get an email when the order is placed and another when it ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order, so a single small jar costs less to ship than a bulk jar. Full terms are in our shipping policy.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items need to be unused, in their original packaging with labels intact, and you will need proof of purchase. Email us to start one and we will send instructions and a return label once it is approved. Please do not send anything back before that, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. Full terms are in our refund policy.
Something arrived damaged, or it is the wrong item.
Email info@paradisegold.com with your order number and a photo. We will sort it out.
Do you sell larger sizes?
Every spice comes in three jar sizes, from a small jar for the rack to a bulk jar for a working kitchen. Each product page lists the net weight of all three so you can compare them properly.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as you can with your order number. If it has not been packed yet we can usually change it.
